Kajet is a student planner for school and university: timetable, grades, homework, tests and studying in one app. No account, no ads, and your data stays on your iPhone.
TODAY
• "This week" rings: your weekly average with an up or down arrow, and how many assignments and tests are behind you.
• Your day as a timeline: lessons in subject colors, breaks and free periods, the lesson in progress and the minutes left in it.
• "To do": the nearest test with a countdown, overdue homework and today's tasks that you check off with one tap.
• Quick add for a grade, an assignment, a test or a study session.
TIMETABLE
• Day and week views, A and B weeks, rooms and times.
• Cancelled lessons, substitutions and room changes for a single day.
• After-school events: sports, music, tutoring, clubs, with a reminder of when to leave.
• A Home Screen widget and a Live Activity counting down the lesson in progress.
GRADES AND AVERAGES
• A simple or weighted average with your own categories (quiz, test, oral answer…), comments and retakes.
• The average for each subject and overall. Leave out subjects that don't count.
• Statistics: average over time, your best subject and the one pulling you down.
FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
• ECTS credits, final grades and the ECTS-weighted average for each semester and overall.
• Set your own scholarship threshold and see which grades you still need to reach it.
• Winter and summer semesters, exam and re-sit sessions.
HOMEWORK AND TESTS
• Assignments, tests and quizzes grouped into today, tomorrow, this week and later.
• Reminders a day or three days ahead, in the evening or at a time you choose.
• Turn a finished test or assignment into a grade in one step.
STUDY MODE
• A study timer with modes of your own: a countdown, or Pomodoro with rounds and breaks.
• Link a session to a test or an assignment and see how much you have studied for it.
• Study history for 7 days, a month or a semester, with a breakdown by subject.
• A Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
AI TIPS (optional)
• A short summary of your week and a hint on when to study, based on your grades, free periods and upcoming tests.
• It runs entirely on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence, and nothing is sent to a server. Off by default, and it needs iOS 26 and a supported iPhone.
SIRI AND SHORTCUTS
• Ask for your next lesson, today's homework, your next test or your average, or add a grade, an assignment or a test by voice.
SEMESTERS AND SCHOOL YEARS
• Keep several school years and semesters. Start a new one by copying subjects, the timetable and events from the previous one.
PRIVACY
• No account and no ads. Your data stays on your device. Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports help us improve the app.
