Zrima: Daily Planner & Todo

Plan today. Adjust the rest.

Free · In‑App Purchases

Plan your day. When it changes, preview a new plan for the remaining day and choose what works for you. Zrima is a visual day planner for days that don’t go as planned. See your tasks and available time on one timeline. When plans change, preview a new schedule for the rest of the day. You choose whether to apply it. PLAN YOUR DAY • Capture tasks in your Inbox and schedule them when you’re ready. • Add durations, notes and subtasks. Pin tasks to keep their scheduled time. • View Apple Calendar events alongside your tasks. Events remain in Apple Calendar. • Use a focus timer, Live Activities, widgets and Shortcuts. • Work offline without creating an account. • Use the app in English or Hebrew, with support for right-to-left layouts. WHEN YOUR DAY CHANGES Replan today helps rearrange your remaining tasks around the time you have left. Previewing a proposed plan is free. Applying the whole-day proposal requires Zrima Pro. ZRIMA PRO Pro also includes day templates and routine groups, Apple Reminders integration, multiple custom notification offsets, and 30- and 90-day trends. Choose a monthly or annual subscription. Both plans charge immediately, with no free trial. Prices are shown in your local currency before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
