MonuDesk is order management for monument retailers. Every quote, order, proof, purchase order and installation lives on one screen, so nothing is tracked in a notebook, a spreadsheet and three inboxes at once. The iPhone app is for the part of the job that does not happen at a desk. ON THE LOT AND IN THE CEMETERY Open an order from anywhere and see the whole file: the stone, the lettering, the decedent, the cemetery and plot, the dates, the money and every note anyone has added. Mark a stone picked up, move an order to the next stage, or add a note while it is still in front of you. SCAN A DOCUMENT WITH THE CAMERA Photograph a signed contract, a cemetery permit or a foundation order and file it straight onto the order. The scanner crops and straightens the page before you choose where it goes, so what lands in the file is readable. KNOW WHEN SOMETHING MOVES Push notifications when an order changes stage, when someone mentions you in a note, when a reminder comes due and when a family approves a drawing. Tap one and it opens the order it is about. THE BOARD, ON A PHONE Your orders as a board you can actually use with a thumb, grouped by the stages your company works in, filtered to what you care about today. TODAY'S WORK The dashboard opens on what is happening now: installs scheduled today, outstanding tasks, and the orders waiting on somebody. CONTACTS AND CEMETERIES Families, funeral homes, vendors and cemeteries, with the plot detail attached to the order it belongs to. MonuDesk is used by monument retailers and memorial dealers across North America. ACCESS MonuDesk is business software. Your account is created by your company, and you sign in with it. There is no public sign-up in the app.
