CareLog helps you keep track of a parent's care, one note at a time. Record medication, symptoms and everyday updates by voice or with a quick tap, then find the details when they matter.
A clear record for each day

• Browse entries by day and see what happened over time.
A useful view before an appointment
• Ask for a recap of yesterday or the past week, written on your device when Apple Intelligence is available.
• With Premium, make a visit-summary PDF that includes your entries and any recap you generated. Share it only when you choose.
Private by design
Your journal is stored on your device. CareLog has no account, no cloud sync, no analytics and no server for your care notes. Dictation and recaps use on-device Apple models; speech-model downloads may require a connection to Apple. CareLog does not save your dictated audio.
The free plan includes one care recipient, voice and quick entries, on-device recaps where supported, and the most recent 30 days of history. Older entries remain stored on your device. Premium unlocks full history and visit-summary PDFs through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.
CareLog is a journal, not a medical device. Recaps are not medical advice. On-device dictation and recaps depend on device, language and model availability.
