Qnote turns spoken ideas, private conversations, discussions, and small meetings into organized notes—using the iPhone already in your hand. Start in a tap, keep the original audio, follow the transcript, and turn the conversation into a summary you can use or share. CAPTURE WITHOUT EXTRA HARDWARE • Start from Qnote, the Lock Screen Widget, or Control Center • Keep pause, resume, and finish controls close with a Live Activity • Add a supplement when an idea needs more context FROM VOICE TO SOMETHING USEFUL • Read a timestamped transcript and tap any line to hear that moment • Swipe between Summary and Transcript • Choose Balanced, Concise, Ideas, Meeting Notes, Action Focused, or AI Suggestions • Use Ideas to surface promising insights and points worth validating • Create custom summary styles with your own instructions • Share only the current summary when that is all the recipient needs MADE FOR EVERYDAY MOMENTS • Capture an idea before it disappears • Preserve a private one-to-one conversation • Record a discussion or small meeting without bulky equipment • Revisit original audio, key points, and action items together YOUR NOTES, YOUR CHOICE • Store notes and audio on the device or optionally in your private iCloud Drive • Pin important notes and archive finished ones • Choose optional Qnote Cloud summaries or keep basic summaries on device Original audio stays on your device unless you enable iCloud storage. Cloud AI is optional: before Qnote sends your transcript and summary settings (not the audio), the app names the AI provider and asks your permission. Qnote Cloud uses Cloudflare Workers AI with Qwen3 30B. Transcription and AI-generated content can be inaccurate, so review important information against the original audio.
