Experience messaging without the urgency. Write letters, set delivery delays, and correspond with friends without read receipts, typing bubbles, or social pressure. Modern messaging is noisy, demanding, and rushed. Snail is a return to intentional correspondence - designed to sit peacefully somewhere between an email and a handwritten letter. With no typing indicators, no read receipts, and zero social pressure, Snail gives you the freedom to craft thoughtful words and reply only when you are genuinely inspired, or have time. KEY FEATURES: • Intentional Pacing Write real letters with meaningful subjects and thought-out prose. Snail strips away the anxiety of instant reactions in favor of calm, meaningful dialogue. • Timed Delivery Send your correspondence immediately or schedule a delivery delay. Set your letter to arrive in 15 minutes, 1 hour, or 24 hours, letting your words arrive at the right moment. • Total Digital Quiet No active presence badges, typing bubbles, or read receipts. Your recipients read in their own time, and you reply in yours. Like Email, but more a Social Media version of Email. • Handle-Based Address Book Connect directly with friends and family using simple @handles. Save frequent correspondents to your personal address book for effortless dispatching. • Thoughtful Tactile Design Crafted with a bespoke, distraction-free glassmorphic interface that keeps your focus entirely on reading and writing. Take your time. Bring back the art of the letter. A new way of Social Networking. A new way to stay in touch.
