Build confidence you can use. Qong Foo is the mental martial arts training system from the QueenQong universe — for boundaries, voice and composure under pressure.
Build confidence you can use.
Qong Foo is a confidence-building practice system for boundaries, communication, clarity, presence and composure under pressure.
Part of the QueenQong universe, Qong Foo turns confidence into something you can practise.
Instead of simply reading advice, you practise how to respond.
Learn a response. Practise it. Use it when appropriate. Reflect. Continue.
Qong Foo includes:
• Six Belts and 42 Practices — a structured path from first principles to more advanced situations
• 25 Moves — practical techniques you can revisit whenever you need them
• Five Schools — Guard, Voice, Space, Counter and Myth
• Today — your next recommended Practice
• Path — your Journey and Move library
• Progress — a clear view of what you have completed
• You — your saved Moves, guidance, safety information and legal information
• 1st–8th Dan — 40 advanced lessons unlocked after completing the Belt Path
Qong Foo is designed to help you build confidence through practice: saying what you mean, holding boundaries, responding under pressure and choosing when directness is — and is not — the right move.
Safety outranks the Move. If directness could put you at risk, Qong Foo encourages you to choose the safer option instead.
Qong Foo is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Qong Foo is an educational confidence-building tool. It is not therapy, crisis support or professional legal, medical or psychological advice.
Your training progress is stored locally on your device. No consumer account is required.
Qong Foo is part of the QueenQong universe. Discover more at QueenQong.com.
