Keep everyday health records organized with Chaenggim. Save document photos, record appointments and checkup measurements, and keep notes about meals and medication. Review measurements over time using the units on your reports. Different units are displayed separately.
Steps are read from sensors on supported phones when permission is granted. Web users enter steps manually. Counts may differ from other health apps or smartwatches.
Family sharing requires sign-in, consent and an internet connection. Connected family members can view shared records according to their access. The app does not automatically import test results from hospitals, insurers, Apple Health or Health Connect.
Meal photo analysis, when available, provides estimates and requires consent to send the photo for analysis. Manually entered information and original documents remain available.
Chaenggim organizes records and does not diagnose, prescribe or replace professional medical advice. Use the interpretation on your report and your clinician's guidance. Availability of speech, camera and automatic step features depends on the device and permissions.
