The full TBoard letterboard AAC app for school iPads: boards, daily lessons, Practice, worksheets and a gradebook. No accounts. Student work stays on the iPad. TBoard School is the school edition of TBoard, the letterboard AAC app, built for school-owned iPads. Everything is included and there is nothing to sign in to. Buy one license per iPad through Apple School Manager and assign it with your device management. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no accounts. STUDENT WORK STAYS ON THE IPAD TBoard School has no sign-in. Profiles, boards, custom lessons, worksheets, answers, teacher marks and progress are stored on the iPad. There are no student accounts, and no student work or records are stored on our servers. Daily lessons and premium voices download from a public content feed that needs no identity. The app has no ads and does not track anyone. COMMUNICATE - The 26-letter board, 3-Stencil, QWERTY and number layouts: big, steady keys designed for communicators with apraxia or motor differences. - Choose how the board responds. On Touch can register a key the moment a finger lands, visual confirmation shows what was accepted, and optional spoken or haptic feedback can reinforce every selection. Tap Guard ignores rapid repeat touches so an accidental double-tap does not type twice. - Build boards in the Board Builder with icons, labels and your own photos, or photograph a paper board and turn it into one. - Speak letters, words or completed thoughts aloud. Ten premium voices download once, then work offline, alongside compatible system voices and a Personal Voice created on the iPad. - Keep important phrases and writing in the Scrapbook. LEARN AND PRACTICE - New lessons are published every day in three difficulty tiers, already formatted the way a spelling session should flow (an internet connection downloads them). - Every answer is checked in real time as it is spelled, and the board can swap and reset for you. Use as much or as little support as the session needs. - Build your own worksheets: type or paste text, or import a text file, PDF or photo. Text recognition runs on the iPad and you review everything before saving. - Graded worksheets save the student's answers for the teacher to mark afterwards, with a per-learner gradebook, attempt history and a printable report. Practice worksheets give feedback and another try, and never count toward a grade. - Warm up with Practice: short rounds between lessons that keep things moving, adding help when the typing gets difficult. Build My Prompts sets from the student's own world. - Several learners can share one iPad. Each has their own profile, boards, lessons, stats and gradebook. WHAT IS NOT IN THIS EDITION - No messaging circle. Messaging needs an account, and this app has none. - No cloud backup or sync. Everything lives on the iPad. Use the TBoard file export to move a learner's work to another device, and back the iPad up the way your school backs up any device. TBoard School is a communication and educational tool. It is not a medical device or a substitute for professional care or speech therapy.
