Choose walking, running or cycling. Record on your iPhone, or let Apple Watch lead the workout while your iPhone shows live progress. Pause, resume and finish from the connected iPhone.
KEEP GOING WITHOUT YOUR PHONE
An Apple Watch workout can continue when the connection to iPhone is lost. Finish and save on the watch; the saved activity transfers when the devices reconnect.

Review saved activities, routes, distance, active time and pace. Heart rate, energy and elevation are shown when available, with optional Apple Health integration.
PLAN AND EXPLORE
Import GPX routes, plan a route and keep it in your library. Choose Apple Maps or Mapbox, follow your position and revisit your recorded track.
BUILT FOR IPHONE AND APPLE WATCH
A native interface keeps the map prominent and workout controls close at hand. Choose metric or imperial units and the information you want to see.
Location access is needed to record routes. Health access is optional for supported health features. Online map content requires a connection unless the required map region has been downloaded. Route planning and rerouting require a connection. Storing a route does not download its basemap. MoveTrail is a fitness tool, not a medical device.
FREE RECORDING, OPTIONAL PRO
Recording, Watch sync, history and GPX import and export are free. MoveTrail Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks route planning, training insights, activity replay and share cards. No subscription.
