• A simpler morning card: last night in one line, one tap for how you feel, and nothing to share or confirm. • Using the phone late at night now moves the estimated bedtime later, and adjusting times starts from the estimate.

• A cat for your last hour: MaiMai grows sleepy as bedtime nears, and falls asleep only when you put the phone down. • A nook for every season: eight seasonal furniture sets, one new set each week, with a collection book. • Custom app lists are now free: keep a few apps available, or limit only the apps you choose. • Easier times: separate hour and minute wheels, and a one-time alarm for an early morning. • Dream postcards and a paper box for unfinished work before bed. • Better layouts on foldable iPhone, and more reliable restore of your purchases.

• A night you woke up in now adds up every stretch of sleep from Apple Health and phone estimates, instead of keeping only the last one. • See naps from Apple Health in Journal, separate from your nightly sleep. • Need your phone? now leads with Use apps briefly; ending rest early is the hold below it. • A clearer first night, a one-tap morning check-in and gentler return reminders. • Pro now includes strict and password modes, your full journal history and every rest sound. Bedtime plans, reminders and limiting all apps stay free. • Optional anonymous usage statistics help improve the app; turn them off any time in Settings → Privacy Promise.

• Clearer first-time setup, with sleep-plan and app-limit settings built in. • Import and manage your own pet packs. • Enjoy a cleaner nook and a simpler weekly sleep journal, with morning comparisons available when there are enough records. • Get one silent reminder 10 minutes after ending night rest early; restarting rest cancels it. • MaiMai now yawns and grows drowsy as bedtime approaches.

• Three full-room pencil-style companions and 27 animations, including feeding and yarn play. • A quieter Tonight screen, clearer rest controls and a simpler seven-day journal with one weekly summary. • Better pet-name spacing, touch areas and large-text layouts. • Improved personal iCloud restore and sync handling while keeping ongoing rest and Health samples local. • Clearer reminder, Health-record and app-limit settings.

• Countdown on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, with scheduled bedtime starts on iOS 26. • Widgets now show bedtime, wake-up and current rest. • Simpler sleep settings, morning records and weekly summaries. • Clearer Pro benefits and bedtime chime previews. • Personal names for Rice and MaiMai, plus 17 interface languages. • Better fitted cat images on system surfaces.
