The IK Pilates app is your private studio, always at hand. Book one-to-one Pilates sessions with your instructor at IK Pilates, keep your week in view, and arrive knowing everything is ready for you. EVERY SESSION IS PRIVATE Each session is one to one and uses the full range of professional apparatus by Merrithew: reformer, Cadillac, chair, barrels and Spine Corrector. The hour is shaped around you and your body. BOOK IN A FEW TAPS - See your instructor's free times and choose the one that suits you - Book with the instructor you prefer - Cancel or reschedule within the studio's notice period - Book a massage at the studio in the same way YOUR WEEK, IN ORDER - All your upcoming sessions in one place - A reminder before each session, and a notification if anything changes - Several studios on one account: switch between them in a tap YOUR PROGRESS Connect Apple Health to see heart rate, HRV, sleep and activity together on the Progress tab. It is an overview for your own reference, not medical advice. Your health data is never used for advertising, never sold and never shared with third parties. You can disconnect at any time. SIGN IN WITH FACE ID Return to the app with Face ID, or with your passcode if you prefer. FOR THE IK TEAM Instructors, studio managers and owners use the same app to see their day and week across rooms, manage bookings and look after the team. IN YOUR LANGUAGE English, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Russian, French and German. GOOD TO KNOW - The app is for IK Pilates members and guests. You will need an IK Pilates account, which you can create in the app. - Payment is made at the studio or by bank transfer. There are no purchases in the app.
