DayFlow suggests a handful of small things worth doing today — and gives you a two-minute round to start them in.
Most planners hand you an empty list and wait. DayFlow fills it for you. Every day it picks five small, varied activities from a library of 75 across eight parts of life: moving, health, home, outside, mind, people, things you enjoy, and resetting your space. Take a short walk. Clear your desk. Get some daylight. Take ten deep breaths. Plan tomorrow.
IT LEARNS WHAT SUITS YOU
Finish something, skip it, swap it, keep it for tomorrow, or tell DayFlow you want more or less like it. It notices when you tend to do things and which parts of your life have gone quiet, and slowly suggests what fits you while keeping the day varied. All of it is worked out on your iPhone — there is no account to create.
HOWEVER LONG YOU HAVE
Tell it you have two, five, ten or fifteen minutes, and the suggestions change to match. Tap an activity and a timer starts for exactly as long as it takes.
ONE ROUND A DAY
Press Start for a calm two-minute round and tick things off as you go. Every round builds your streak, and every five rounds earns a rest day — so one missed day doesn't cost you everything.

Levels, a momentum score, a calendar of your days, achievements, and short notes on what DayFlow has noticed about your habits.

Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings.
