Real classes, streamed live from our Copenhagen studio. Never recorded, never on demand — join the room while it's actually happening. Namasté Online brings you into the room — live, from our studio in Copenhagen. Every class streams as it happens and is never recorded, so what you see is the same class the people on the mats beside the camera are taking. Three ways to practice: — Gentle, for slowing down and building a steady foundation — Flow, our dynamic vinyasa-style practice — Mat Pilates, core-focused strength work on the mat WHAT THE APP DOES • See what's live right now and what's coming up next, in your own time zone • Join a class when the room opens, with a countdown while you wait • Browse the full class schedule and read about each class type • Sign in with your Namasté Online account to join live classes • Subscribe to Namasté Online Unlimited through Apple when your account has no active membership • Restore Apple purchases and manage your Apple subscription • On Apple TV, sign in by scanning a code with your phone ALWAYS LIVE, NEVER RECORDED There is no library of recordings to scrub through.
