Kimo HR puts your working life in your pocket. See the shifts you are rostered for, book time off, and keep track of what your employer holds about you — without emailing anyone or waiting for a reply.
Kimo connects to your employer's own HR system. Scan the Kimo QR code from your employer and your company is filled in for you, or type your company's Kimo site address. Then sign in with your work login.

BUILT TO KEEP WORKING
Kimo keeps a copy of your rota and leave on your device. If your connection drops, or your company's site is briefly unreachable, you still see your shifts — the app tells you plainly when it is showing a saved copy rather than pretending everything is fine.

PRIVACY
Kimo asks for no location permission of any kind. It does not clock you in or out and never needs to know where your device is.
WHO IS THIS FOR
Kimo HR is for people whose employer uses Kimo. You cannot create an account in the app — your employer sets one up for you. If you are not sure whether your workplace uses Kimo, ask your manager or HR team.
