FIND YOUR EVENING SOUND
Explore 64 sound worlds: rain, flowing water, nature, steady noise, soft tones, fans, air conditioning, and quiet travel spaces. Search the library, save favorites, and return to recently played sounds.
SET THE PACE
Adjust your timer while listening. Fade gently to silence, keep the sound playing, or finish with a soft return cue. Preview sounds during setup before choosing your first session.
REFLECT IN THE MORNING
Record how your night felt with one optional answer. Add details when you want to and revisit your reflections in your private history.
YOUR ROUTINE, YOUR CHOICE
Apple or Google sign-in is required. Listen offline after your account has been verified. Apple Health is optional and lets you view available sleep information alongside your reflections. Journal entries and Health information stay on your iPhone. Supports larger text and Reduce Motion.
Sleepanion is for relaxation and personal reflection. Listening time is not measured sleep. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

This update makes Apple and Google sign-in buttons more consistent and easier to read, brings Bedtime reminders to the top of Preferences, and makes Rate Sleepanion easier to find. We have also refreshed our App Store screenshots to show the sound library, favorites, timer and bedtime journal more clearly.
