Your capacity, sleep, today's load and how your base and fatigue are moving, plus the whole session library to browse. Pro adds a coach on top: sessions written for your goal and for the week you actually have.
FORMA PRO SUBSCRIPTION
Pro is available in the app as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your iPhone's Settings.

Works with Apple Health. Connect it in the app and FORMA reads your workouts, sleep, HRV and resting heart rate to plan around them. FORMA never writes to Health, and your health data is never used for advertising or shared.
