Karizma ERP brings your organization's Odoo to your phone and puts what needs doing first.
Sign in with your Odoo address, your login and your password, or scan the QR code your administrator gives you. Everything you open is your own Odoo, with your own data, rights and customizations.
WHAT YOU GET
• All your Odoo apps in one grid: Sales, CRM, Inventory, Invoicing, Projects, Discuss and the custom apps your organization runs. Search them, or pin the records you use every day.
• Your workspaces at a glance: Odoo space, Employee space, Approvals and the morning brief.
• Morning brief: yesterday's invoiced, ordered and collected figures, overdue receivables, the requests waiting for your decision and your activities of the day.
• Approve in one tap: time off, expenses and purchases, wherever you are.
• Field tools that work offline: attendance with GPS, team check-in, expenses with a receipt photo, timesheets, your round of visits on a map with check-in and visit report, and field orders. Everything is sent to Odoo as soon as the network returns.
• Digital mailroom: scan incoming and outgoing mail, name it and file it in Odoo Documents.
• Business cards: scan a card, check it, and the contact and the CRM lead are created in Odoo. The text is read on the phone.
• Alerts and notifications: scheduled alerts computed by your Odoo, notifications for your messages and activities, and your team's birthdays.
• Several Odoo instances, two-factor sign-in, Face ID or Touch ID lock, light and dark themes, in Arabic, French and English.
YOUR DATA
Your business data stays in your Odoo: the app connects only to the Odoo address you give it, over HTTPS, and your password stays in the iOS Keychain. Karizma receives only what the service needs, a device identifier to check your organization's access and to deliver notifications, and, only if you choose to share them, your name, email and phone so we can get back to you. No advertising, no tracking.
BEFORE YOU START
You need an account on Odoo 17 or newer that your phone can reach over the internet with HTTPS. Your administrator can give you the address.

Reliability and privacy update for KarizmaBot. Signing out now clears your rituals and their notifications from the phone. Sensitive data is better protected, and suggestions made after reading your data stay unchecked until you review them. You can cancel a question in progress. Rituals open reliably from their notification, never post the same report twice, and the assistant screen is smoother.
