channelBar Vision brings news, podcasts, and videos into your space as windows: every stream is a window of its own – all content, only news, only podcasts, a single channel, or your own mix of channels and feeds. Place the windows wherever you like. Set up your feeds right on Apple Vision Pro or connect it with channelBar on your Mac and iPhone.
WINDOWS IN YOUR SPACE
• The overview in the start window opens all content, unread, news, podcasts, videos, “Consume Later”, or a single channel or feed as a new window
• Change the selection and “Only Unread” right in the window
• Newest messages on top, with image, source, and time; the unread count appears in the header
READING
• Tap a message to open it in the same window: image, title, source, time, and the text from the feed
• Opening marks it as read – with a device group, on all your devices
• “Open Link” shows the page in Safari
• “Consume Later” keeps messages for later; a window of its own shows them
LISTENING AND WATCHING
• Podcasts play in a player window of their own: timeline, 15 seconds back, 30 seconds forward, chapters, speed, and trim silence
• The transcript, with search, and the show notes open as columns next to the player
• The audio keeps playing when you close the player window
• Videos from feeds with a video attachment play in the detail view or in a window of their own
• YouTube videos open in the YouTube app or in Safari
• “Consume Later” offline on request: the app downloads saved podcast episodes to the device over Wi-Fi
CHANNELS AND FEEDS
• The guided setup suggests news, podcast, and video feeds by language and interests and creates the channels
• Find feeds by search, by feed address, or by YouTube channel, with a preview before adding
• Create, rename, reorder, and delete channels; retention and filters per channel and feed
• OPML import and export
PROTECTED FEEDS
The app recognises password-protected feeds on its own. You enter the credentials once; they stay in this device's keychain.
WITH YOUR MAC, IPHONE OR APPLE TV
Apple Vision Pro works on its own. For sync, it creates a device group itself or joins the group you use with channelBar for Mac or channelBar Feeds on iPhone – with a code from their Device Sync. It invites other devices with a code as well – up to three devices per group. Channels, feeds, read status, “Consume Later”, and listening position stay in sync, also with channelBar TV on Apple TV. When it joins, you merge the channels already on the Vision Pro with those of the group.
PRIVACY
channelBar Vision has no tracking, no ads, and no analytics tools. Without a device group, the app talks only to the servers of your feeds and to the services you use yourself (podcast search, YouTube).
TRY AND BUY
The download is free, and you can try every feature free for 14 days. After that, a one-time in-app purchase unlocks channelBar Vision for good – no subscription needed. Family Sharing is included. Without the trial or the purchase, the app is locked; your channels and messages stay untouched. channelBar for Mac and channelBar Feeds are separate apps with their own purchase. It needs no other app and no account.

• New feeds, including those from an OPML import, now show the right logo, title and article images as soon as they first load
• When a feed moves for good, channelBar now adopts its new address automatically; the switch is in Settings under Messages & Links and in the feed settings
• The feed suggestions in the guided setup and in feed search are now up to date
• A removed feed added back to the same channel now loads its latest messages again right away
