Karbnote is an app for people who work with clients on their own: nail techs, hairdressers, brow and lash artists, massage therapists, tutors, photographers.

Open a day and you see who's coming and when you're free. A client asks "can I come tomorrow?" and the answer is right in front of you.

Search by client name, service or note. Show only unpaid bookings, or past ones you haven't marked yet.

Your bookings can show up in the Calendar app on your iPhone. Move or cancel a booking and the calendar updates by itself.

Add what a service uses up: polish, dye, a disposable kit. When the booking is done, Karbnote adds those costs to your budget and shows how much you made on it.
One client needs a different price or more time? Change it on that booking. The service stays the same.

Income, expenses and profit for a week, month or year. See which clients and services bring in the most.
Client paying later? The booking stays under Debts until you mark it paid.

Everything is stored on your device, so the app works without internet. When you're online, your data is backed up to the cloud, so you won't lose it even when you switch to a new iPhone. Data on the device is encrypted. We don't track you and we don't sell your data. You can delete your account and all its data right in the app.
