No account required. • A clear daily schedule: see due and overdue doses first, upcoming doses, and daily progress. • Flexible plans: fixed times, selected weekdays, day or hour intervals, treatment cycles, taper phases, and as-needed logging. Enter the schedule from your prescription label. • Simple dose actions: mark Taken, Skip, or Snooze. Review recorded actions and undo a mistake. • Reminders your way: choose sound, hide medication names on the Lock Screen, and optionally repeat overdue reminders. • Refill tracking: record pills remaining, refills, and pharmacy details. View estimated supply dates and choose refill alerts. • Personal style: choose a calming palette or customize colors. Your medication plan and history are stored locally on this iPhone. Save or restore a portable backup through Files when you choose. Backup files contain medication information; store them somewhere you trust. There is no account or automatic cloud sync. Supports German, Dutch, Spanish (Mexico), Traditional Chinese, and English for Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Rx Med Reminder is a reminder and recording tool, not medical advice. Follow your prescription label and your clinician's instructions. The app does not check doses or interactions.
