SpecProof Studio checks a local delivery folder against your client's file requirements before you send it. Save a brief for each client, choose a folder, and get a file-by-file account of what passes and what needs attention.
Set accepted file extensions, a maximum file size, minimum image dimensions, an sRGB or Display P3 color profile, a required filename prefix, and a minimum PDF page count. The app scans subfolders and shows the expected value beside the actual value for each mismatch. Open a file's findings without searching through a long log.
Export a PDF report for a handoff review or a CSV for your production checklist. Your source files are never modified. Briefs and recent scan summaries stay on your Mac. Scans run locally, with no account, cloud upload, tracking, ads, subscription, or in-app purchase.
SpecProof Studio is a preflight aid for production teams, designers, photographers, and freelancers. Review flagged files and any client requirements outside the saved brief before final delivery.
