CrewPresence keeps your field crew and your office on the same page.
Workers see their shifts and assigned jobs, accept or decline them, request shift swaps, and are checked in automatically when they arrive at a site. Managers get a live view of who is on site, and rosters are published to crews with a notification.
AUTOMATIC SITE CHECK-IN
- Checked in and out automatically when you arrive at and leave a work site
- No sign-in sheets, cards or QR codes
- A clear status screen shows exactly what the app is recording
ROSTERS AND JOBS
- Your upcoming shifts and assigned jobs in one calendar
- Accept or decline job assignments
- Ask a colleague to swap a shift
TEAM CHAT
- Message colleagues and managers one-to-one or in groups
- Site chats for everyone working on the same job
- See who is on site and set your own status: Available, Busy or Do not disturb
BUILT FOR THE FIELD
- Works reliably in the background, with the phone in your pocket
- Location is only used to record attendance at your employer's work sites. It is never used for advertising.
CrewPresence is for employees of organisations that use the CrewPresence service. Your employer sets up your account and gives you a pairing code or invite link.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Leaving a site is now recorded reliably, even when iPhone re-checks your location after restarting site monitoring.
Plus smaller fixes and improvements.
