LIMITATIONS
Room scanning requires a compatible device with LiDAR. On-device dictation depends on the language and device. Measurements come from device-based scanning and/or manual input; they are useful for documentation and estimation and should be independently verified before contractual or legal use. PropScan is not a surveying tool.
