Depo keeps your items, your shelves and every stock movement on your iPhone. Scan a barcode, record stock in or out, count with your phone. No spreadsheet, no notebook.
Made for businesses of one to five people: shops, workshops, e-commerce sellers and small wholesalers.
A PLACE FOR EVERY ITEM
• Record each item with its SKU, one or more barcodes, unit, cost and sale price, minimum stock and a photo
• Set up your locations as warehouse → shelf → bin; every location gets its own QR code
• Search by name, SKU or barcode
STOCK IN, STOCK OUT, TRANSFER
• Stock is the sum of the movements you record: stock in, stock out, transfers between shelves and adjustments
• The history is never rewritten; a mistake is fixed with a correcting movement
• Supplier, unit cost and document number on stock in
SCAN BARCODES WITH THE CAMERA
• EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-E, Code 128, Code 39, ITF-14, Data Matrix and QR
• Rapid in and rapid out: every scan adds to a list, and Done records them all
• Different haptics for a match and an unknown code
COUNT STOCK WITH YOUR PHONE
• Count the whole stock or a single shelf, with blind counts
• A variance report: matched, short, over and not counted, with the value of the difference
LOW STOCK AND THE REORDER LIST
• A notification when an item falls below its minimum
• A ready order draft per supplier, sent by message or email
WITH YOUR TEAM, ON YOUR DEVICES
• Create an account with your email address and a password, link a passkey if you like, and sync your data between your devices
• Add your staff to the same stock with an invite code
• An account is optional; Depo also works without one

FREE AND DEPO PRO
The free version has no time limit: 50 items and 1 warehouse, with scanning, stock movements, counts, low stock, the reorder list and suppliers.
Depo Pro adds:

• Document reading: stock in from a photo of an invoice or delivery note
• Ask Depo: questions about your stock in your own words
• QR and barcode label sheets, printed with AirPrint
• CSV and PDF export, CSV import
• Widgets and the Live Activity
Document reading and Ask Depo run on Apple's on-device model and need an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with it turned on.
SUBSCRIPTION
• Depo Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly (1 month) or annual (1 year). The price is shown in the App Store before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• The annual plan has a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the annual price is charged.
• Manage and cancel your subscription in Settings, under Subscriptions in your Apple Account.
• If your subscription ends, your data is not deleted and you can keep recording movements.
