See at a glance whether your AI coding sessions are working, finished or waiting for you, and approve their permission prompts from your iPhone. Nightwatch shows the Claude Code and Codex sessions running on your Mac, on your iPhone. Dock the phone on its side while it charges and it becomes a quiet bedside dashboard. Walk away and it tells you when a session finishes or needs you. WHAT YOU SEE • Every session with its status: working, needs input, finished or failed • What the agent is doing right now (for example "Bash: npm test"), how long the turn has run, and Claude's task list progress • A StandBy dashboard with a night-sky clock that turns dim red in a dark room • Home Screen, Lock Screen and StandBy widgets • A Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island APPROVE FROM YOUR PHONE Turn on Away mode and Claude Code's permission prompts wait for you on the phone. Tap Allow or Deny right on the Lock Screen, or choose Always allow in the app or from a notification to stop being asked about that command. HOW IT CONNECTS Nightwatch pairs with Nightwatch Relay, a small free app for your Mac (download it at nightwatch-daily.app). Scan its QR code once. Your sessions travel from your Mac to your phone over your own network, encrypted, and the phone accepts only your Mac's certificate. There's no account and no sign-up. Try it first with the built-in demo sessions, no Mac needed. Nightwatch is an independent app and isn't affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI.
