PestLine AI is the field app for pest control companies that already run on PestLine. Your technicians get their day, the records the state asks for and a way to get paid at the door. Owners see the whole business, including what the AI receptionist booked overnight.
FOR TECHNICIANS
• Today at a glance: the next stop with gate code, pets and office notes, then the rest of the route.
• Works without signal. Your next two weeks of visits are kept on the phone, and everything you do is saved and synced when you're back in coverage.
• Check in with one tap. The location and the local weather are stamped on the record automatically when you allow it.
• Treatment records the state asks for: pick a product from an EPA-registered catalog, and the registration number, mix, target pests and method fill in. Texas and Florida rules are built in, with a federal default for other states.
• Bait stations and traps: scan the station's code, log activity, bait taken and captures, and flag damaged or missing devices.
• Conducive conditions, photos, notes and your own checklists on every visit.
• A completion check that won't let a visit close without the records it needs.
• The customer signs on your phone and gets the service report by email or text.
• An optional AI draft of the customer's summary, written from your records. You approve every word.
• Collect payment: charge the card on file, text a pay link, or record cash or a check.
FOR OWNERS AND THE OFFICE
• Home: calls answered and booked by your AI receptionist, money collected and owed, and where every technician is in their day.
• Approve or decline the bookings the AI held for you, with the call summary in front of you.

PestLine AI is for companies with a PestLine account. Your company adds you from the office dashboard, and you sign in with a code sent to your email. Location, camera and notifications are optional.
