• Snap a meal: take a photo and Meadow reads the dish, lists likely ingredients and highlights anything on your sensitivity list.
• Log how you feel: pick a mood and symptoms in seconds. Meadow suggests the recent meal it might be related to.
• See your patterns: the Trends view ranks the foods that most often came before your flare-ups.
• Ask Meadow: ask questions about the meals you've scanned, like "When did I last have dairy?"

Meadow is a diary and pattern tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and AI readings can be wrong. Always check ingredient labels, and talk to your doctor before cutting foods out or making changes to your diet.
SUBSCRIPTION
Meadow offers a weekly and a yearly subscription, each with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your App Store account when you confirm the purchase after the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe.
