FOOD, YOUR WAY
Add a meal and record calories, with optional protein, carbs and fat. Use the local food database for free. With Geste Pro, estimate a meal description or photo with AI. Review ingredients and portions before saving, then reuse meals you eat often. AI estimates are approximate and editable.
MOVEMENT, SIMPLY
Log walks, runs and workouts. Estimate calories burned from a local exercise database using the activity, duration, intensity and your optional weight. The exercise database works offline and is free.
PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
Choose optional food, movement and weight goals. Review your week or month, compare recorded activity and follow your weight history. Missing records are kept distinct from zero.

Write a private note, attach a photograph and check in with your energy and mood.
APPLE HEALTH, WHEN YOU WANT IT
Read steps, import workouts and save Geste activities to Apple Health. You choose the permissions. Optional movement reminders fit the hours you set.
Choose your colour theme, in English or French. Your journal stays on your device. With your permission, AI estimation sends only the meal description and selected photo for processing.
FREE AND PRO
Manual logging, photo attachments, local food and exercise databases, journal, goals, themes, reminders and Apple Health remain free.
Geste Pro includes 200 AI food estimates per calendar month, with monthly or yearly subscriptions. The allowance resets on the first of each month (UTC), with no rollover. Eligible subscribers can start with a 7 day free trial. Prices and trial eligibility are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in your Apple account settings.
