Guide a hot air balloon through a vertical shaft toward a moving altitude target.
You have two separate resources: burner charges and ballast bags. Each can raise the balloon by a fixed amount, but every use permanently consumes one resource. Decide when and which resource to use while the target altitude band moves through the shaft.
As supplies become more limited and the target movement becomes less predictable, careful resource management becomes essential. Reach the target altitude before exhausting your available options.
