LifeHub is a journal you fill in by talking. Open the app, dictate or type what happened, and the note lands in the right category on its own, with numbers and dates already picked out.
A CHAT INSTEAD OF FORMS
The main screen is a conversation. "Spent 23 euros on fuel" goes to Money, "40-minute run in the park" goes to Training, "send the quote to the client by Friday" goes to Work. The app recognises amounts, durations, distances, dates and deadlines. When it isn't sure, it doesn't guess silently: it asks, and one tap confirms.
What you said stays as you said it: the category and the details sit next to your sentence, so a mistake is easy to spot and fix with a tap.

WHERE THE MONEY GOES
- income, spending and balance for the month
- spending by category and subcategory, biggest first
- a chart of the last 6 or 12 months
- search across every month: type a word and see the total, how many times and the monthly average
- photos and PDFs attached to each transaction: receipts, invoices
- several wallets (account, savings, card), each with its own balance and currency, the net worth that adds them up, and transfers between them
- subscriptions and recurring payments: write them once and they are added on every due date, with what they cost in a year
- the month forecast: what you will have left at the end of the month and what you still have to pay
- a calculator: several amounts in a single transaction
- the subcategories you use are learned: next time, just say the word
- sums kept to the cent, with no rounding that doesn't add up
WORKOUTS AND JOBS
For the gym, more than 60 exercises grouped by muscle, with sets, reps and kilos, and your own routines to reuse. For work, your jobs with client, cost, earnings and a progress bar; payments go straight into your finances.
TIMERS
Keep as many named timers as you like. They keep counting even when the app is closed. When you're done, add it to a category: pick where it goes and the form opens with the duration already filled in.
YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
No account, no sign-up, no server. Notes, finances and attachments are stored only on this device and the app sends them nowhere. To dictate you can use the app's microphone, with Apple speech recognition, or the keyboard dictation: the app doesn't save the audio and only receives the text.
You can back up notes and transactions, copy the backup wherever you like and import it again when you need it.
