Capture your way
• Take a receipt photo or choose one from Photos.
• Record an expense and tap Stop & Save. Transcription can finish later.
• Type a sentence or send text from Shortcuts.
• Check suggested amounts, dates, categories, and places before approving.
Keep the details handy
• Zoom in on receipt images, then save or share them.
• Organize expenses with categories and tags.
• Search for a purchase and update selected expenses together.
See where your money goes
• Explore spending by category, city, or month.
• See purchases on a map or calendar.
• Save custom reports for the spending you want to follow.
Keep original currencies
• Save each purchase in its original currency.
• View currencies separately or use saved exchange rates for a converted report.
• Missing rates stay visible. Purchase refunds reduce spending; income and transfers are not included.
Bring your history
• Import CSV, TSV, or delimited text files and review them before importing.
• Export CSV reports.
• Back up reviewed expenses and their attachments. Inbox drafts and unfinished text are not included.
• Preview a backup before merging it with your library or replacing reviewed expenses. Local drafts are kept.
Start on your iPhone
• No Expense Map account or bank connection is needed.
• Keep your library on your device, with optional private iCloud sync.
• Use Face ID or Touch ID to lock the app on supported devices.
• Try a separate demo library with fictional expenses.
Free to download. Start a 14-day free trial when you choose, then use a one-time Full Unlock to keep adding and editing personal expenses. No subscription or automatic charge. After the trial, existing expenses remain available to view, export, and delete. The unlock price is shown in your local App Store currency.
Camera and voice require permission. Apple AI availability depends on your device and settings. Optional Private Cloud Compute, Apple Maps, exchange-rate lookups, and iCloud use network services. Suggested details remain editable before approval.
