• Calendar: select a day to see every profile in one list, with its phase and when its next period is expected from that day. Tap a profile to open it, and Back returns to the same day. • With a profile open, tap Profiles in the tab bar to close it, as Back does.

• Apple Health: choose the profile that's you in Settings > Apple Health, and its logged periods appear in Apple Health. Only one profile can sync, since Health keeps one person's record, and predictions and other profiles stay in the app. • The calendar shows each profile's periods and estimated ovulation windows as bars that name whose they are: solid for logged days, pale for estimates, and striped for rough estimates. • Error messages in Notifications and Calendar Sync settings are easier to read, in higher-contrast text beside a red symbol.

• Export Data in Settings saves the profiles you choose, with their photos and logged periods, to a backup file you can keep or use to move them to another device or Apple Account. Import Data, or opening the file from Files, Mail, or AirDrop, shows what it will add first, and an import only adds what's missing, never changing what's already here. • With Show Details in Notifications on, a reminder about a profile with a photo shows that photo in place of the app icon, and Send Test Notification lets you choose the profile a test comes from.

• Cycle History now marks the estimated length of each finished cycle and shows how far past estimates were off on average. Tap a cycle to see how much longer or shorter it ran than estimated.

HOME SCREEN WIDGETS • The Cycle widget shows where one profile is in their cycle and when their next period is expected. The large size adds the next four weeks. Tap the widget to open the profile. • The Shared Rhythms widget shows every profile, or the ones you choose, side by side, with an extra large size on iPad. CALENDAR SYNC • Each profile you choose can have its own calendar in the Calendar app, with logged periods and, optionally, estimated periods and ovulation windows for the next three cycles. • Turn it on in the app's Settings. Calendars update as periods are logged, and turning a profile off deletes its calendar. IMPROVEMENTS • Opening and closing a profile is smoother, especially on iPhone models with ProMotion: the card glides into place with a gentle bounce, and the top bar changes along with it. • When a profile has little history, long gaps between logged periods now count as likely missed logs rather than long cycles, and the next period shows as a rough estimate. • Accessibility: higher-contrast phase colors, phase symbols on the calendar when Differentiate Without Color is on, headlines and calendar dates that grow with larger text sizes, and better VoiceOver and Voice Control support. • Today's marker on the cycle dial now sits in a gap in the ring, so it stays clear on every card, photo, and widget. • On Apple Watch, the duration is easier to read when you log or edit a period. • On iPad, and on iPhone with iOS 26 or later, delete confirmations open from the button you tapped.
