Fabee 1.4: share your progress Share cards • Share any page of your weekly recap as a card for your Stories. • Tap a meal photo in the chat to see it big, then share it as a meal card with its calories and macros. A friendlier first chat • New here? Fabee's first message shows what you can say: log a meal, compare two options, ask what to have, or how your day is going. Hear about updates • A short notification when a new version of Fabee is out. Turn it off in Settings › Notifications. Fixes • Drinks like a long black or a flat white show in ml. • Foods Fabee renames start with a capital letter.

Fabee 1.3: a much smarter coach This or that? • Ask "the shake or the frozen yogurt?" and see both side by side: calories, protein, carbs and fat against what's left today, with the coach's pick and an idea that fits your day. Menus and photos • Send a photo of a menu and ask which dish: the coach reads each dish's listed ingredients, and still knows what was on the photo later in the chat. See what each answer used • Replies that use Apple Health show a small label above them, like "Sleep last night". Your last days in the sidebar • Today's calories and macros at a glance. Swipe for the 3 days before. Fixes • "The usual" logs your dish exactly as you had it before. • Undo takes back your last log, and nothing else. • Picking a meal files every food on the card.

Fabee 1.2: your coach reads Apple Health Apple Health • Connect Apple Health and your coach sees your sleep, steps, workouts and weigh-ins. A hungry day after a short night or a long run now makes sense to it. • New weigh-ins from your scale come in on their own. • New here? Your age, height and weight fill in from Health. • Fabee only reads. You pick what it sees, and you can turn it off in Settings. Glucose • If your CGM shares with Apple Health, each meal shows how much your glucose went up in the 2 hours after it. Period days • Add your period days and they show on your weight chart, so a water jump in those days is easy to spot. Trends • New cards for your sleep, your activity and your glucose. And • A smarter coach, and lots of fixes.

Fabee 1.1 is a big one Your coach • Ask for help with protein, hunger, cravings, eating out, a rough weekend, alcohol and more. Fabee asks a couple of questions first, then gives you tips built from your own meals and numbers. • Tell it how a tip feels: easy, doable or too much for now. Fabee adjusts. Scan packaged food • Point the camera at a barcode to see what's in a pack: its ingredients, allergens and how it fits your day. • Fabee checks the pack against the allergies you've told it about. • Scan a few packs to compare them, then log them in one go. Your weekly recap • Every week, a short recap of your days, protein and calories, with one small thing to try next. Trends • A new Trends page: your days and weeks at a glance, with your usual meal times. Your data, on every phone • Optional sync to your Fabee account, stored in the EU. Switch phones and get everything back. Easier logging • Logged without a meal? Fabee asks, and you tap Breakfast, Lunch, Snack or Dinner. • Move a meal or change its time from its title. • Dishes are logged as their parts, and your usual dishes are remembered. • Restaurant and chain items are looked up on the web.
