A few questions pre-check four Korean housing support programs, and post-signing deadlines become dates. No sign-up; your answers stay on your device. Finding out which housing support you may qualify for in Korea, and what you must do after signing a lease, is confusing. HomePath puts both in one place. It is a guide for Korean citizens, young people and foreigners living in Korea. Pre-check • A few questions check four programs at once: Happy Housing, National Rental, Housing Benefit and Youth Monthly Rent Support. Skipped questions are treated as "needs checking". • Results are grouped as likely, needs checking or not eligible, and not eligible always comes with the reason. Your value is shown next to the criterion, with where to apply, documents needed, sources and the "as of" date. • For Youth Monthly Rent Support, the app tells you that the 2026 application window has closed. Routes for foreign residents • Choose from 10 visa types and 3 family types to see the routes that are open, such as the household of a Korean spouse, a single foreign parent with a Korean child, Housing Benefit, or a dormitory. Lease safety check • A checklist in four stages: before signing, at signing, after move-in and end of lease. • Enter your move-in date and the legal deadlines are created as dates automatically: moving-in report (14 days), lease report (30 days), foreigner address change (15 days) and the fixed date. My dates • See legal deadlines, rent day and lease end in one list, and the nearest one on the Today card on the home tab. • Reminders are off until you turn them on, come at most once a day, at a time you choose, and are created on your device only. • Home-screen widgets (small and medium) and a lock-screen widget show your upcoming dates. Official links and phone numbers • Open official sites and helplines directly. Links open in your device's browser. No account, on your device • There is no sign-up. Your answers, dates and checks are stored only on this device and are not sent to any server. • Korean, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Vietnamese are supported. HomePath Plus (optional, one-time purchase) • A single in-app purchase (non-consumable, restorable). The price is shown in the App Store. • Up to 3 profiles (check on behalf of family), export of the result as text through the share sheet, and unlimited dates you add yourself. • Without the purchase you can add up to 8 dates yourself. Legal-deadline dates created automatically from your move-in date never count toward that limit. • Pre-checks, lease safety, reminders, widgets and languages stay available without any purchase.
