Set a timer with one drag down from the menu bar, or type 25 tea or 5pm. A card and a chime tell you when it's up, with Snooze and Again.
A timer that lives in your menu bar and is set with a single drag.
Press on Tockette's little dial, drag down and let go. A bubble beside the pointer shows the length as you go, a minute at a time near the top and up to four hours further down, and when it will end. Let go and it is running.
OR JUST TYPE IT
Click the dial and type what you want: 25 tea, 1h30 call, 90s eggs, tea 4m. Type a time instead and it becomes an alarm: 5pm, 17:30 standup. Press Return and it starts.
AS MANY AS YOU NEED
Run several timers at once, each with its own name. Pause one, give it another minute, or cancel it. The dial in the menu bar empties as the soonest timer runs down, with its time left beside it.
HARD TO MISS, EASY TO ANSWER
When a timer is up, a card slides down from the menu bar with a chime and three buttons: Done, Snooze and Again. It can keep chiming until you answer. A notification with the same buttons reaches you even when the Mac is locked.
ONE CLICK FOR THE USUAL
Quick start holds your usual lengths, and the named timers you set recently are one click away. Choose the lengths, the chime and the snooze in Settings.
KEEPS TIME WHEN IT IS CLOSED
Timers are saved as they change. Quit or restart and they carry on; one that ran out meanwhile rings as soon as Tockette opens, and its notification comes on time.
PRIVACY
No network access, no account, no tracking. Your timers and their names stay on your Mac.
