Talk it through, out loud. VoCalm turns a short voice conversation with an AI into a private journal entry, with a summary, a reflection of your mood and a few gentle tips.
No blank page and no typing. Tap Start conversation, say what is on your mind, and VoCalm's AI talks it through with you. When you finish, it writes the entry for you.
HOW IT WORKS
• Talk: a calm voice conversation with VoCalm's AI, in the voice you choose.
• Read: your journal entry is ready soon after, with an AI-generated summary, a mood reflection and gentle tips drawn from what you shared. VoCalm can let you know when it is ready.
• Listen back: VoCalm can read your entries aloud in a calm voice, even with your screen locked.
• Notice: the Wellness Dashboard shows how your mood readings change over time, with insights from your entries.
• Make it a habit: set a daily reminder for the time that suits you.
• On iPhone and iPad, in English or Spanish.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your recordings and your journal are private. No ads and no tracking.
• Only you can open your entries, and VoCalm hides your journal and dashboard when you switch apps.
• Delete your account and everything in it, anytime, from the app.
AN AI, NOT A PERSON
Your conversations are with an AI, and your summaries, mood reflections and tips are AI-generated from what you share. They are reflections, not measurements. Before your first conversation, VoCalm shows you what it sends to its AI provider and asks for your agreement.

VoCalm is free to start: welcome conversations to begin, then a free top-up every month. Your journal, history and mood insights never lock. For more conversations, choose a plan (Steady or Regular, monthly or annual) or a pack of conversations that never expire, bought in the app through the App Store.
ABOUT PLANS
Plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A plan renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your plan anytime in your Apple Account settings: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Packs are one-time purchases.
