SCAN YOUR PASSPORT
Scan your passport’s machine-readable zone (MRZ) to automatically fill in traveler information and reduce typing errors.
Processing takes place directly on your iPhone. Your passport image is not stored or uploaded. You review the detected information before continuing, and manual entry is always available.
The app can also alert you if your passport is approaching its expiry date.
FIND YOUR FLIGHT
Search flights arriving in Thailand on your travel date and select yours directly in the app.
With 114 airlines supported, the app helps identify the correct flight and distinguish a flight number from a booking reference. Connecting flights are supported, and verification never prevents you from continuing.
ACCOMMODATION SEARCH
Find your hotel or accommodation in Thailand using Apple Maps, or enter it manually. Hotels, holiday rentals, family or friends’ addresses and other accommodation types are supported.
AUTOMATIC FILING
Arriving soon? Your application can be processed once the filing window is open.
Travelling later? Your application is automatically scheduled for filing when the submission window opens. The expected filing date and countdown are displayed in the app — nothing else to do.
Choose Standard processing or Ultra-Express priority processing when available.
TRACK YOUR APPLICATION
Follow your application from payment to completion with a clear timeline.
See when your details are received, when filing is scheduled and when your TDAC is ready. Notifications keep you informed throughout the process.

Once completed, your TDAC and QR code are available in the app and delivered by email.
Access each traveler’s document full screen, zoom when needed and keep it available offline. You can also share, print or save it to Files.

CHANGES & SUPPORT
Request corrections directly from the app, change your travel dates, update traveler, passport, flight or accommodation information, cancel before filing, or contact support.
Corrections are free of charge. If we are unable to successfully file your arrival card, the service fee is fully refunded.
