Turn a conversation into text while it happens. Everything stays on your iPhone or Mac: no account, no server, and the audio is never kept. Relata turns a conversation into text while you talk. At the table, on a call, or afterwards from a recording. Everything happens on your own device. Relata works in English and Dutch, and recognizes conversations in every language Apple's speech recognition supports on your device. HOW IT WORKS Tap the orange button and talk. The text appears right away, with the newest words always in view. Afterwards the conversation is in your list, with its date and length. IN THE ROOM AND ON A CALL On iPhone and Mac, Relata listens along to a conversation in the same room. On the Mac, Relata can also follow a call, such as Teams or Zoom: the sound of the call and your microphone are recognized separately, so you can see who said what. TURN RECORDINGS INTO TEXT Already have a recording? Share it from Voice Memos, Files or another app to Relata, and the text is ready as soon as you open Relata. A video, such as a recorded meeting, works too. PRIVATE, WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS Relata has no account and no server. Apple's speech recognition runs on your device. The audio is never stored; only the text remains, inside the app. Relata does not measure or track anything. USEFUL DETAILS Search all your conversations. Share a conversation or export it as a text file. Add names and terms to your word list so Relata recognizes them better. On iPhone, Relata keeps listening when you lock the screen. PRO For free you see your last 5 conversations; older ones are locked but never deleted. With Pro you can read all your conversations. On devices with Apple Intelligence you also get a short summary and the agreements of each conversation, made on your device. Pro is available as a yearly subscription or as a one-time purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can cancel in your Apple Account settings. GOOD TO KNOW The first time you use a language, Relata downloads Apple's speech model for it. Let the people you talk with know that you are taking notes.
