The shared ledger for family estates: every payment, payout and loan recorded with proof, in any currency and twelve languages. Estatitfy keeps the books of a family estate, succession, inheritance, trust or family association in one shared record. Everyone involved can see what came in, what went out and who received it. A RECORD NO ONE CAN QUIETLY REWRITE • Append-only journal: entries are never edited or deleted. • Mistakes are corrected by a reversing entry, and both stay visible. • Every entry is linked to the one before it by a SHA-256 hash, so tampering can be detected. • Attach receipts and documents as proof, including photos from your iPhone. EVERYTHING AN ESTATE'S BOOKS NEED • Income, expenses, transfers, payouts, asset purchases and sales in one journal. • Bank, cash and mobile money accounts, with the balance before and after every entry. • Beneficiaries, with or without a login, and the month each one is paid until. • Loans to relatives, beneficiaries or anyone else, with or without interest, repayment plans, late fees and reminders. • Split one payment between several houses or beneficiaries. • Your own expense types, payout types and custom fields. • Analytics for the whole estate and a PDF payout statement for each beneficiary.
