ReturnCrate gives independent tradespeople a practical place for unused materials, supplier return receipts and credits that still need checking.

Add what needs to go back, tag it to a supplier and job, and set your own return-by date. A grouped trip list helps you gather the right materials and receipts before you leave.
TRACK PARTIAL RETURNS
Record the quantity the supplier accepts, the gross amount and any restocking fee. Materials that have not gone back stay on your list.
CONFIRM THE CREDIT
Keep expected refunds separate from money actually received. Record partial refunds, issued store credit or an accepted shortfall with a reason. Store credit is shown separately from cash; ReturnCrate does not track spending of issued credit.
KEEP THE RECORD TOGETHER
Attach receipt photos or PDFs, add reference numbers, and keep the history with the correct job. Optional local reminders prompt you on your target and follow-up dates.
YOUR RECORDS, YOUR EXPORTS
Export a complete JSON backup including attachments, a CSV summary or a readable PDF report. Backups can be restored with confirmation. No account or app server is required.

The free plan includes three open returns and all core features. A one-time Pro purchase removes the open-return limit. Completed history, backups and exports remain available on the free plan.
ReturnCrate stores information you enter. It does not contact suppliers, issue refunds, connect to bank accounts or determine return eligibility. Confirm deadlines and acceptance with each supplier. Local notification delivery depends on your device settings.
