Ficus: Fidelity Customer Stamp

Scan, collect, get rewarded

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Scan the Leaf at your favorite café or shop and collect rewards with every visit. No paper stamp cards: your progress and offers live in one app. Ficus turns every visit to your favorite shops and cafés into rewards. No paper stamp cards to lose: just scan and collect. HOW IT WORKS - Look for the Ficus Leaf, a QR code at the counter of places that use Ficus. - Scan it on each visit to move closer to a reward. - When a reward unlocks, show its QR code from the Offers tab to staff and redeem it. No camera at the counter? Staff can type the code instead. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE - Places: every place you visit, with your visits and progress toward each reward. - Offers: rewards you unlocked and offers places send you, ready to redeem. - Notifications: know when a place sends you an offer or changes a reward you're collecting. FOR BUSINESSES Run a shop or café? Your staff sign in with their business account and use Ficus as a scanning terminal to redeem customer offers. Team, Leaves, offers and campaigns are managed from the Ficus web dashboard. Sign in with Apple, Google or email.
