Your blade edits the world: seal a pencil draft into a floor, strike a black bar out of the way. Five letters, five bosses, no ads. The first letter is on us. Five letters left. Nobody left to read them. Tally is the last courier of the Vellum Post, a small folded-paper figure with a brass seal for a face and an oversized letter-opener for a blade. She carries one wax-sealed letter down through the Sodden Quire, a paper city that ran when the rain came. At the bottom waits the Redactor, the Registrar who struck his own name out of the world. The letter is addressed to him. YOUR BLADE EDITS THE WORLD • Slash a dotted pencil draft and it seals into solid footing, for four seconds • Strike a black redaction bar and the wall opens, and the words it hid can be read again • Write your own staircase as you fall, and drop a stapler-crab through a floor you just struck out TIGHT, FAST, HAND-TUNED • Run, jump, dash, wall-kick and pogo, with controls tuned for touch • Game controller support • Hitstop, afterimages and paper that tears: every hit lands A CUT-PAPER WORLD • A diorama of aged paper, wax and candlelight • Ink blobs, stamp-moths, stapler-crabs and inkwell turrets • Five bosses who want to talk first, and a cast who remember your deaths SEALS, RANKS AND SECRETS • Choose Seals that change how edits work • Rank up from Apprentice to Head Courier and pick your perks • Find 30 postage stamps, 20 torn pages and hidden gauntlets FIVE LETTERS, FIVE BOSSES • Letter I · The Sodden Quire (free): Strike and Seal, and the Redactor • Letter II · The Envelope Works: Fold paper walls into bridges, and face the Gatefold • Letter III · The Sorting Tower: Cancel moving things in place, and face the Postmaster • Letter IV · The Dead Letter Office: Return anything marked with a pointing hand, and face the Opener • Letter V · The Vellum Post: Post yourself along airmail routes, and face the Dead Letter FREE TO START. NO ADS. EVER. Letter I, the whole Sodden Quire and the Redactor, is free. One Full Route purchase unlocks Letters II to V: four districts, four new moves, four bosses and the true finale. Restore Purchases is in Settings and on the Full Route card.
