Coach turns one plain sentence into a realistic day, then stays kind when the day doesn't go as planned. No account. WRITE IT THE WAY YOU THINK • Type "Call Sam 15 min tomorrow at 2pm" and Coach fills in the day, the time and the length. Dutch works too. • Start a line with "idea:" to park it for your weekly review instead of planning it. A DAY THAT FITS • Now and Next show what's on and what comes after, with your free time in view: "45 min free until your call". • Plan what fits places your flexible tasks around your blocks, breaks and working hours, and shows what won't fit before the day does. • Routines return on the days you pick. Skip today, pause or stop any time. • Week shows Monday to Sunday as glasses that fill with your plan. When a day holds more than fits, Coach offers one move to a lighter day, with undo. • Show your calendars and events appear as meetings, read-only, so the plan works around them. RESCUE THE REST OF TODAY • When a block's time passes and it isn't done, that's information, not a verdict. • One tap to move it, shrink it, send it to tomorrow, park it or mark it done. You see the new plan first, with undo. FOCUS, ONE THING AT A TIME • Start a focus block and the whole screen turns cobalt, with a countdown in big serif numerals. • The timer follows you to the Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island. Pause, add 5 minutes or mark it complete from there. • In long blocks, Coach can ask "What are you working on right now?" Answer from the notification or turn check-ins off. CLOSE THE DAY, PLAN THE WEEK • Close the day gives every open task a place: tomorrow, later or done. Note your win and tomorrow's first step; it comes back in the morning. • Each Monday, look back and choose one outcome, its likely obstacle and your if-then plan. Pick one number to watch, or make a parked idea a one-week test. ALWAYS WITHIN REACH • A heads-up before each block, a morning plan and an evening close. After you close the day, it stays quiet. Each one can be switched off. • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show your next move and your day. • Ask Siri to start focus, rescue your day, plan your week or close the day. Start focus from Control Center or the Action button, too. A COACH THAT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE • On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, the on-device coach offers a small, concrete next step and remembers the first step you chose last night. • Tap Remember this under a reply to keep its step. Notes stay on this iPhone, outside your plan and backups. • If a message sounds like a hard moment, Coach sets planning aside and shows real help lines instead. No AI in between. • It runs entirely on your iPhone, so your messages never leave it. No cloud AI. The rest works on any iPhone with iOS 26. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no ads, no tracking. Subscriptions run through RevenueCat, anonymously. • Your plan is stored on your iPhone, and Coach has no server of its own. • A daily copy of your plan lets you return to an earlier version. • Export a backup any time and restore it whenever you need it. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
