Your headphones already know when your head drops forward. Poisette learns how you sit tall and gives a gentle nudge when you slouch: a soft dim, a chime or a note.
A posture coach that lives in your menu bar and needs nothing but the headphones you already wear.
AirPods Pro, AirPods (3rd generation or later), AirPods Max and Beats Fit Pro track the tilt of your head. Poisette reads that tilt, learns how you look when you sit tall, and nudges you gently when your head has been dropped forward for too long.
LEARNS YOUR POSTURE
Sit tall and press Calibrate: three seconds is all it takes. If you like, slouch the way you usually do, and Poisette sets its sensitivity for you. Or choose Relaxed, Balanced or Strict.
SMART, NOT NAGGING
A grace time lets you lean in for a moment. Quick glances at the keyboard never count, and neither does turning to talk to someone. After a nudge, Poisette waits before it tries again.
A NUDGE YOUR WAY
Pick any mix: a slow, soft dim of the screen that lifts as you sit up, a gentle chime, a notification, or just a pulse of the menu bar icon. A small "Nice" tells you when you are back.
QUIET WHEN IT SHOULD BE
Nothing is counted while your headphones are out or resting on the desk, while the Mac is locked, during calls, or while a video or presentation is full screen. Set active hours for your working days, or pause for half an hour, an hour or until tomorrow.
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
The little head in the menu bar tips as yours does. Today's score, a streak, week and month charts and a map of your best and worst hours show how you are doing. Export your history as a spreadsheet file any time.
NECK STRETCH BREAKS
Every so often, a card walks you through five gentle neck moves. Your headphones tell when each pose is reached, and a ring fills as you hold it.
MADE FOR THE MAC
A widget with today's score and your week, Shortcuts actions to start, stop, pause or read your score, a keyboard shortcut of your choice, and launch at login.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No network access, no account, no tracking. The motion of your head is used as it arrives and never stored; only the minutes upright and slouched are kept, on your Mac.
Poisette is a reminder to sit well, not a medical device.
