Next for Todoist

Your next task, sorted

Free · In‑App Purchases

Less deciding, more doing: Next orders your Todoist tasks by deadline, priority and size, so the one to do next is always at the top. Turn your Todoist tasks into a clear next step. Next brings deadlines, priorities and task size together in one focused list on iPhone and Mac. FIND YOUR NEXT TASK Next weighs deadlines, priorities and task size. Add size labels in Todoist, from XS to XL, to help larger work rise before its deadline becomes urgent. SHAPE YOUR LIST Start a task to keep it at the top while you work. Pick tasks for today, Snooze a task, move it to Later or set a Not before date. Filter by project and search your tasks. WORK WITH TODOIST Add and edit tasks, and complete them with a short Undo window. Your task changes go to your Todoist account; Next's Running, Snooze and Later choices belong to Next. Keep your saved task list available offline. OPTIONAL NEXT PLUS The core task list, Todoist connection, task capture and editing, search, live project filters, sharing and appearance settings are free. Next Plus adds widgets, My iCloud Sync for Next's choices, saved project groups, Focus filters, alternate app icons, Mac global Quick Entry and local AI Agent Access on Mac. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Eligible accounts can try the yearly plan free for two weeks. Plus does not include Todoist Pro or a paid AI service. Subscription payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
