A new home screen: a glass bar at the bottom with Inbox, Today, your top priority and Planning, next to the + button. Liquid Glass throughout the app on iOS 26. Hour planning for Today and Tomorrow: drag tasks onto a half hour, resize them by their points, and swipe them like any task. Also on iPad and Mac. Smoother everywhere: pages zoom out of what you tapped, rows slide in, numbers roll, and swiping back works from anywhere on the page. A cleaner task screen: priority, points and progress in one card, project, tags and files in another. Planning: the drawer has two tabs, To plan and Later, and everything counts in points. Calendar: days where a task still fits are marked in green, also while you drag a task onto a day. Notes: turn selected text into a link, and links open with a tap. Collaboration: set your name in Settings, and choose exactly which changes by others notify you. The daily overview can skip days of the week. Many fixes for sync, speech input and reliability.

Light mode is here. Choose System, Dark or Light in Settings > General > Appearance. Or pick Scheduled: the app fades to dark in the evening and back to light in the morning, at times you set or around sunset and sunrise. Richer notes: headings, checklists, italic and strikethrough, with a formatting bar above the keyboard. Each new line starts with a capital letter. - Calendar: a day still to come shows the points you have available, a past day only what you got done - Tomorrow: Back goes to Today, and swiping left opens Planning - The widget, the timer on the Lock Screen and the share sheet follow your theme - Tapping a task in the widget opens it with its project behind it - Shared projects: your own name shows on your avatar, and a single initial is used when it is unique - Mac and iPad: a round + button to add tasks, and Escape closes the task and then the project - Settings > General is organised into three groups - Fixes: assigned tasks and favourites that an earlier version could drop come back, a short list now scrolls from anywhere, and text stays readable while the theme fades

- iPad and Mac: Planning and Calendar have a To plan panel on the right with the tasks that have no day yet. Drag a task onto a day, or slide the panel away by its edge. - The drawer with tasks to plan groups them by project. - Calendar: hold a day to add a task to it, and see at a glance which days still have room (green) and which are full (red). Without a selected day, the drawer with tasks to plan is there too. - Task screen: the Other.. tile shows the task's date, and the calendar shows which days the task still fits on. - Fixes for assigned tasks after updating from an older version.

- Assign tasks in a shared project: pick who does what in the task, with Assign in Select, or by typing @name in a new task. Tasks nobody has yet wait in the Inbox, and tasks of others stay off your Today. - Today and Tomorrow are one list again, with a filter: All, Personal, Shared. - Search and filter by tag or person right on the project page. - A more compact task screen: Repeat, Reminder and Timer are three icons, and everything fits on one screen. - Calendar has its own button. Tap the month to jump to any month or year, and drag a task to another day. - The date picker shows which days still have room (green) and which are full (red). - Gallery: add a task without an image, get the preview image of a link automatically, and delete a single image from a task. - Import from text keeps links, headings, lists and bold when you paste. - Fewer notifications when collaborating: mute a project, and at most one notification per quarter of an hour per person. - Dragging a task to the edge scrolls the list along. - Many fixes for sync, repeating tasks and gestures.

- Choose where the app opens: Projects, the last page you visited, or Today. - Search inside a single project, from the new search button in that project. - Planning: hold a day to add a task to it, and see what is planned further ahead in the drawer. - iPad and Mac: swipe between pages, just like on iPhone. - Images you add are saved in reduced size by default. Choose Reduced size, Original or Ask in Settings, General, Image size. - Collaboration: invitations now work between everyone, attachments reach the people you share with, and an invitation says which project it is. - Fixes and small improvements.
