AQLO is an AI coach and personal memory for in-person conversations: meetings, sales visits, interviews and 1:1s. You decide when it listens, it keeps no recordings, and with earphones in, its spoken tips reach only your ear, not the room.
IT CATCHES WHAT YOU MISSED
A buyer names a budget, then later quotes a different one. AQLO can catch it.
They ask today's exchange rate. AQLO looks it up and shows the answer with its source.
You have been doing most of the talking. A quiet heads-up: let them speak.
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
- Listening starts only when you tap.
- Recordings are not kept: audio is transcribed live and only the text is saved to your account.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest. Delete your account and all data in the app at any time.
- Optional Voice ID stays only on your device and can be deleted any time.
- You add contacts yourself. AQLO never reads your phone's address book.
AQLO transcribes in-person conversations through the microphone. It does not and cannot record phone or app calls. You are responsible for informing participants and obtaining their consent where the law requires; AQLO asks you to confirm this before your first recording.
LIVE COACHING WHILE YOU TALK
- Live transcript with speaker separation.
- Short cards: a sentence to say, a tactic, a contradiction it caught, a short factual answer, a heads-up when you talk too much or concede too fast, or a closing step.
- Quiet by design: cards appear only when the coach is confident and something new happened.
- Coaching starts once you tap "This is me" in the transcript, or when optional Voice ID recognizes you.
- Keeps working when the screen is locked or you switch apps. The transcript is saved to your account every 20 seconds while you record.
WHISPER MODE
- With wired, Bluetooth or USB earphones, each tip is read quietly into your ear in your app language, in a voice you choose. Tips never play through the speaker.
- Screen off? Tips can arrive as silent lock-screen notifications (optional).
YOU TALK, AQLO WRITES THE REPORT
After each conversation, AQLO asks whether to write a report: summary, key points, action items, notes on the other party and on your own communication. Regenerate it, translate it into any of the 11 languages, keep versions, export a branded PDF, share the transcript as text, search it and fix who said what.
MEMORY THAT BELONGS TO YOU
- People: add the people you meet; after each report their profile updates with known facts and open items.
- Briefing: before you meet someone again, a summary of your past conversations with them, with suggested questions.
- Memory chat: ask anything across all conversations, about one person or inside one, grounded in your saved reports and transcripts.
- Your communication profile: strengths and areas to improve, from your reports.
- Scheduled meetings with reminders.
BUILT FOR REAL ROOMS
- Meeting mode for 2 to 10 speakers; name them afterwards for the transcript and report.
- 11 languages for conversations and the interface: English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese (Traditional), Arabic, Dutch.
- 8 expert modes plus your own: General, Sales & Negotiation, Interview / HR, Meeting / Team, Medical Appointment, Legal & Official, Psychology / Therapy, Executive / Leadership. No medical, legal or therapeutic advice; those modes help you ask the right questions.
PLANS
The Free plan includes 20 conversation minutes, 10 memory chat messages and 1 report every month. Pro, Plus, Max and Max Pro subscriptions add more and renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; one-time add-on packs never expire.

What's new in AQLO 1.0.1:
• "Answer that" command: say "Answer that" during a conversation and the coach answers the last question right away; with earphones in, it whispers the answer.
• When you repeat the other person's question, the coach picks it up and answers it. A second question that comes in while the coach is busy is no longer missed.
• Your remaining conversation time is shown on the new-conversation screen, and a warning appears during a recording when fewer than 5 minutes are left.
• Better automatic voice recognition in group conversations. If you've set up your voice, marking yourself manually also corrects lines given to the wrong speaker.
• The keyboard no longer covers the field you're typing in.
• A back button on the first-launch screens and a language picker on the sign-in screen.
• Optional diagnostic summary for voice recognition (numbers and speaker labels only, no audio): off by default, available in Settings.
• Bug fixes and improvements.
