Your staff tap Ready on a tablet and the customer's name goes up on the pickup TV. Orders come straight from the register you already have. Pickup Signal is the pickup board for coffee, boba, bakery and other made-to-order counters. This app is the staff side: the counter tablet and the kitchen screen. Orders arrive from your Square, Clover or Toast register, or staff add them by hand. When a drink is done, staff tap Ready and the customer's name appears on the pickup TV. Customers stop crowding the counter asking "is mine ready?", and staff stop calling names over the noise. - Barista screen: every open order, with Ready, Undo and Picked up one tap away. - Kitchen screen: each ticket's items and options in full, so the make line sees exactly what was ordered. - A chime for each new order, with volume or off per tablet. - Set up in seconds: scan the staff QR code from the owner dashboard. No staff accounts or passwords. - Works on iPad, iPhone and Android tablets and phones. The screen stays awake during service. - Keeps working through a Wi-Fi drop and tells staff plainly when actions are paused. - Put the board on a TV in seconds with AirPlay from an iPad. - Try it first with sample orders, no shop needed, and see the board on a TV in any of its designs. Shops are set up at pickupsignal.com, where the owner designs the board and connects the TVs. Staff connect with the owner's staff QR code.
