You are sixteen. You get one trial, and nobody watching who matters.
Pitch Life is a football career told in words. There are no formations to drag and no squad to micromanage. There is one player, and whatever you make of the next twenty-five years.
A MATCH IS TWO MINUTES
Commentary arrives a line at a time. Three to five times a game the ball comes to you and you choose: shoot or square it, hold it up or run in behind. Your attributes set the odds, and the odds are never a formality. A brilliant finisher still misses, and a kid on a youth contract still scores.
A WEEK IS A DECISION
Between fixtures you get a handful of days. Each one buys a training session or a rest. Train hard and you improve faster and risk a knock. Rest and you arrive fresh. Spending days is the only thing that moves time, so there is nothing to wait for and nothing to check back for.
A SEASON IS A CLIMB
You play eight matches in full. The rest of the division plays out around you. Finish top and you go up. Then comes the close season: three days, and whichever clubs have come in for you. You can always turn them down. It costs you something small and honest, and the door never closes.
A CAREER ENDS
Somewhere in your thirties it stops, and you get a back page telling you what it amounted to. If you spent fifteen years in the second division, it says so. It does not flatter you.
WHAT IS NOT IN IT
No gambling of any kind. No loot boxes, no premium currency, no energy meter standing between you and a match. Nothing you can buy changes a result, because there is nothing to buy. Every club, player, league and competition is invented.
Plays entirely offline. No account, no ads, and nothing collected about you. The app has no networking at all.
